• 2½ hours per round - 2 games (1 hour & 15 minutes per game) 
  

• If the game is not completed on time, then a move per minute for 10 minutes. 
  

• If the move per minute does not create a decision, then the referee will make a decision for the results.

• Either opponent may request referee to conclude 1^st game on time after an hour, so 2^nd game will start on time.

• A touch piece must be played if its a legal move, otherwise 1st time warning, get permission to straighten pieces.

• A 3 point bye round would be awarded as the first bye, thereafter to the lowest opponent.

• The first bye is 3 points and thereafter 2 points awarded to multiple byes.
  

• If a player is 15 minutes late, then the game will be forfeited. 
  

• If a player is 1 hour late or more, then both games will be forfeited. 
  

• Re-pairing, only if necessary in last round. 
  

• 4 points for a forfeit
  

• 3 points for a bye 
  

• 2 points for a win
  

• 1 point for a draw
